Can I change my profile information?

Yes. In Outshinery Studio, click your organization name at the top of the left sidebar, then Settings & billing. Your profile, your organization's users, invoices, and subscription are all there.

To add a colleague, invite them from the users list and they receive an email invitation. To remove someone who has left, remove them from the same list.

If the person who set up the account has left and nobody can get in, contact us. We will verify with someone on the account, or against your order history, and get you in.

Outshinery Lite has no profile to edit. It remembers you by email address; your discounted rate after 10 orders attaches to that address.
