What are the three different things called cancel?

Three different things get called "cancel" in Outshinery Studio. Here is which is which.

1. Cancel a request that is in progress. Only we can do this. Ask in the chat and, as long as we have not started work on it, we cancel the request and return the Shine Credits to your balance.

2. Change your plan (upgrade or downgrade). This is not a cancellation. Click your Shine Credit total on the left side of your dashboard, then Change plan. Your Shine Credits stay where they are.

3. Cancel your subscription. Click your organization name at the top of the left sidebar, then Settings and billing, and cancel your plan there. The Shine Credits you hold stay valid for one year after that. You can also subscribe and cancel straight away if you only wanted the plan rate on one batch; what you bought is yours either way.
