What files do I receive with my images?

For a standard Product Shot you receive three files:


  • JPG, on a white background, for anywhere that does not need transparency.
  • PNG, with a transparent background.
  • TIF, layered, with the drop shadow on its own layer so you can switch it on or off.


Standard resolution is 3K, which covers web, sell sheets, and most print. Super HD (6K instead of 3K) is 1 extra Shine Credit per image, for large-format print. Ask for Super HD when you place the request.


Everything lands in your Content Library, linked on the left side of your dashboard, and in the email we send when the image is approved. The download link does not expire.


Outshinery Lite


Every Lite order delivers one PNG with a transparent background, 2,160 px on the longest side. The bottle sits inset with a margin around it. The download link in your confirmation email does not expire.
