Why do older bottle shots need to be retyped into the update form?

If you are requesting a vintage update in Outshinery Studio and cannot find the bottle in the dropdown, it is almost certainly an image we made before late 2024.

Only images requested through the current Studio system show up in that list automatically. Anything older was created on the previous system and is not linked yet.

The fix takes a few seconds: click the + at the end of the dropdown line and type the product name in. We match it to the original on our side, and the update is still free. Once you have done that once, the product appears in the dropdown automatically next time.

Your older images are all still in your Content Library, and every vintage, ABV, and liquid color update on them is free, exactly as for newer ones.
