How can I see how many Shine Credits I have left?

Keeping track of your Shine Credit balance is simple. Just log in to your Outshinery Studio account and you'll find the number displayed on the menu bar or your dashboard.

When you order visual content, the corresponding Shine Credits go into use as soon as we start work on the request, and they leave your balance once we deliver the final assets to you. From the moment they are in use they can no longer be refunded, because the work has been started.

If any of your Shine Credits are set to expire soon, you'll be able to find that information here as well. For more details on when Shine Credits expire, refer to this section.
