What is your refund policy?

This is the refund policy for Outshinery Studio.

A renewal you did not want. If your subscription renews and you tell us within the first month that you did not mean to continue, we refund it. No questions asked. Email us or use the chat.

Work already started. A Shine Credit goes into use the moment we begin work on your request, and it is redeemed when the finished files land. From the moment it is in use it cannot be refunded, because the work has been started. For custom projects we quote the Shine Credit amount from your brief, and you accept it before anything begins.

Proofs. We treat a proof as approved if we have not heard back after two weeks. That is only so files do not sit open indefinitely. If you need more time to review, ask, and we will extend it.

Outshinery Lite is a separate product, paid per image, and it has its own rule. If a Lite render has a problem on our side, email lite@outshinery.com and we will re-run it at no cost. And if you are simply not happy with a Lite image, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund it, no reason required.
