Are there any copyright or usage limitations?

Our terms of service put it this way: "Outshinery grants to you, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereof, a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual right and license to use the Deliverables provided to you."

In plain terms: use the images we create for you anywhere, for as long as you like, with no per-use fees.

Outshinery keeps ownership of the underlying 3D models and files. That is what lets us update your image for free when the vintage changes.

Lifestyle and Portfolio Images (Studio) carry one extra rule, because the scene itself is shared across our library: your image includes regional exclusivity for three months, so no other brand in your region uses the same scene in that window. National or worldwide exclusivity, for one year or in perpetuity, is available as an upgrade. Ask when you order.
