Can I request changes to my images?

Outshinery Studio: yes, at two points.

During the proof round. When the first version is ready we send it for your review, and anything to adjust at that stage is included: the liquid color, how a finish reads, the angle, a detail that does not match your file. We keep going until you approve. Changing the brief itself (a different bottle, a different closure, a new label file) means rebuilding, so that is a new request, and we tell you the cost before doing it.

After approval. Changes follow a set ladder, not a complexity judgment:

• Free: a new vintage, a new ABV, a change to the liquid color.
• 0.5 Shine Credit: a small edit to the same label design, a closure change, a glass color change.
• A new Product Shot, 1 Shine Credit: a different label design, varietal, or bottle shape.

If the error is ours, the fix is free and fast, at any point.

We confirm any charge with you before applying it.

Outshinery Lite: no revisions. Every image is generated from the settings you chose, so a change is a new order at the standard price. If the render has an error on our side, we re-run it free. If the label came out with white edges, free label prep fixes the file and re-runs it at no cost.
