How long does it take to receive my images?

• First proof: 3 to 5 business days after we have everything we need (the layered label file plus the bottle and closure details). We start within 3 business days of a complete brief.
• Revisions: 1 to 2 business days each.
• Final files: in your Content Library shortly after you approve.

Larger batches take a little longer, and we hold the rest of a batch until the first SKU is approved so that any change is applied to the whole set at once.

Rush puts your request at the front of the queue, with a first proof typically in under 2 business days. Revisions are prioritized too: typically the next business day, and sometimes the same day when no 3D work is needed. It costs 50% on top of the service being rushed. What is the Rush option and what does it cost?
