Can I use my Shine Credits across brands, projects, and organizations?

Yes, within your organization. Your Outshinery Studio Shine Credits belong to your organization, and you can spend them on any brand or project inside it. That is the point of a company-wide subscription: buy one pool of Shine Credits at the best rate, then allocate it across your portfolio as releases come up.

Shine Credits cannot be moved between organizations.

That distinction matters for agencies and designers ordering on behalf of clients. You can hold the Shine Credits in your own organization and request everything from there, or each client can have their own organization and buy their own. Decide where the Shine Credits should live before you buy, because they do not transfer afterward.

To create a separate organization, click your organization name at the top of the left sidebar in Studio and use the option below it to create a new one. You can switch between organizations, and your client will not see the new one unless you add them.
