What is the Rush option and what does it cost?

Rush is an add-on for any Outshinery Studio request. It puts your request at the front of the production queue. Revisions are prioritized too: typically the next business day, and sometimes the same day when no 3D work is needed.

What it costs: 50% on top of the cost of the service being rushed. It is a percentage, not a flat fee, so it scales with the job:

  • Product Shot: 1 Shine Credit standard, 1.5 with Rush.
  • Small label edit, closure, or glass color change: 0.5 standard, 0.75 with Rush.
  • Beauty Shot or Ready-to-Use Photo: 1 standard, 1.5 with Rush.
  • Lifestyle or Portfolio Image: 2 and up standard, 3 and up with Rush.
  • Recipe Pairing, POS display, Product Video: 4 and up standard, 6 and up with Rush.
  • Vintage, ABV, and liquid color updates are free, so rushing one is free too.

What it buys in time: a first proof typically in under 2 business days, against the standard 3 to 5. Rush is a queue position rather than a guaranteed date, so a complex build can still take longer. The standard timeline is here: How long does it take to receive my photorealistic renders from Outshinery?

Select Rush in the request form. If you decide after submitting that you need it, ask in the chat: as long as we have not started on the request, we can mark it as Rush and adjust the Shine Credit cost.

Rush is a Studio option. Outshinery Lite delivers every image in about an hour, so there is nothing to rush.
