I can't log in to my account. What can I do?

For Outshinery Studio, check the email address and use Forgot password on a desktop. For Outshinery Lite, there is no login at all. Detail for each below.

Outshinery Studio (studio.outshinery.com)

• Check you are using the email address the account was created with.
• Click Forgot password, enter that address, and follow the reset link.
• Studio is built for desktop. Logging in works on a phone, but the request forms do not, so switch to a computer.
• If the person who set up the organization has left and you cannot get in, contact us. We verify with someone still on the account, or against your order history, and add you.

Outshinery Lite (lite.outshinery.com)

There is no login and no password. Lite asks for your email at checkout and remembers you in that browser afterward. If it does not recognize you, enter the same email again; your order history and your rate after 10 orders are attached to the address, not the browser.
