I didn't receive a verification email. What should I do?

Outshinery Studio

1. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Outshinery.
2. Not there? Resend it from your account settings in Studio.
3. Still nothing after a few minutes? Ask in the chat, or email info@outshinery.com with the address you signed up with, and we verify it on our side.

Outshinery Lite

Lite does not send a verification email, because there is no account to verify. After an order you receive a Stripe receipt, a recap of your settings, and, within about an hour, the download link. If the download email has not arrived after two hours, check spam, then email lite@outshinery.com with the order email address and we send the file directly.
