Which product is right for me, Studio or Lite?

Outshinery makes two products.

Outshinery Studio is our human-led service. A trained 3D artist builds your packaging from your production files and renders it: any container, any finish, any type of image. Priced in Shine Credits, from $129 each one at a time.

Outshinery Lite is our self-serve bottle shot generator. Upload a flat label, pick a bottle and closure from the library, and get a photorealistic PNG in about an hour. $29 per image, $23 after 10 orders. No brief, no waiting.

Answer these in order and the first "Studio" you hit is your answer:

  1. What container is it? A can, a bag-in-box, a pouch, or a glass bottle that is not in the Lite library: Studio. A glass bottle in the Lite library: keep going.
  2. What is the beverage? Spirits, sake, or cannabis: Studio. Wine, cider, beer, kombucha, hard tea, mixers, or any other bottled drink: keep going.
  3. What is on the label? Foil, embossing, debossing, textured paper, a neck label, or a custom capsule color: Studio. Silkscreen with precious metallic inks, mica or grainy specialty inks, or etched glass: Studio. A flat-printed label or plain silkscreen: keep going.
  4. What kind of image? A lifestyle scene, beauty shot, recipe pairing, POS display, or video: Studio. A clean bottle shot on a transparent background: keep going.
  5. Do you need revisions or a specialist's eye? Yes: Studio. No: Lite is the right fit.

Two things worth knowing before you choose:

  • In Studio, vintage, ABV, and liquid color updates are free forever. In Lite, every image is a new order, including a new vintage.
  • Many brands use both: Studio to set the visual standard on the complex SKUs, Lite to apply it across the rest.
